Day 2, Beilngries (44 km):Past the Roman fort in Pfünz to Walting and Arnsberg (castle), continuing via Kipfenberg (castle, townscape) to the day's destination. Overnight stay in a 3☼☼☼ hotel.
Day 3, Kelheim (48 km):Via Dietfurt (Chinese fountain), Riedenburg, and Essing, you will reach Kelheim (Hall of Liberation, Danube Gorge). Overnight stay in a 3☼☼☼ hotel.
Day 4, Regensburg (38 km):Possibly by boat through the Danube Gorge to Weltenburg Monastery and back. Continue by bike past Bad Abbach to the UNESCO World Heritage city of Regensburg. Overnight stay in a 4☼☼☼☼ hotel
Day 5, Return journey:Return to Eichstätt by train (1 to 2 changes)
