Monday, Mosigkau Rococo Palace (43 km)Past the Georgengarten to the Elbe River. Via Brambach to Steutz. Take the ferry to Aken (approx. €3, payable on site) and continue to Mosigkau Castle (Germany’s last Rococo ensemble), then return.
Tuesday, Untere Mulde Nature Reserve (28 km by bike, 12 minutes by train)Take the Mulde Bike Path to Kleutsch; continue through floodplain forests and grasslands to Raguhn. Return by train (hourly service; approx. €4.50 paid on site) or by bike.
