Monday, Sinn Valley (60 km)On car-free cycle paths through the romantically unspoiled Sinn Valley. Past flocks of sheep to Rieneck (castle) and Burgsinn (traditional Franconian towns), then back.
Active version: Continue to Obersinn (+17 km).
Tuesday, Hammelburg (43 km cycling, 54 minutes by train)Away from traffic through the river-meandering valley of the Franconian Saale to historic Hammelburg, the oldest wine-growing town in Franconia, then return by train (1 transfer).
Wednesday, Würzburg (57 km)Car-free and flat, passing the Oberzell Monastery directly into the center of the former episcopal city (Residence, cathedral, fortress, old town, and much more). Return to the hotel.
Thursday, Lohr am Main (43 km cycling, 12 minutes by train)Beautiful ride along the Main Cycle Path to Lohr (attractive townscape). Return to Langenprozelten and continue to the hotel by train or by bike (+17 km).
Friday, Wern Cycle Path (40 km)Car-free through the quiet Wern Valley, varied and flat to Thüngen, known for its castle. Return.
Active version: Continue to Arnstein and back (+21 km).
Saturday, Gemünden (30 km)Very scenic ride along the Main Cycle Path on both banks to Gemünden (castle ruins, riverside promenade) and back.
